| | Description | 3B tape blue. 3B Scientific Tapes are made from a latex-free, hypoallergenic material and are suitable for acu-taping, kinesiology taping and sports taping. The tapes have a skin-friendly, thermoplastic wave-like acrylic adhesive on one side. This means that they are water proof and air-permeable and do not come off in the shower or sauna. A wave like adhesive is used to push moisture away from the tape. They can be stretched lengthways by approximately 130 -140 percent. Water and air permeable; hypoallergenic Kinesiology Tape 5m x 5cm (16' x 2"); latex free. I've tried the KT Original pre-cut strips, Mueller brand, and this one. It ranks in the middle. It's comparible in price to Mueller and I think Mueller sticks better. The KT website has some helpful taping applications.

I put this on before a run or before work when I need to be on my feet all day and it helps with the foot pain. Stays on really well even after being exposed to a small amount of spray from the shower.
